It's my fave $1/2 NL game, so we got $8 in the pot.
I got my mid pair on the flop 7 clubs, 10 spades, King clubs
And the big blind bets $15. I know the guy, he never likes givin up his blind if he can help it...and heck, I don't blame him for betting $15...checkin is just outright weak in my play, unless I'm up to a check-raise lol....he just doesn't know who he's playin' with, I don't stand down.
The middle player folds...he's beem playin wimpy all night!
I throw in $30 bucks to see where I stand with my paired 10. I ain't gonna just call, 'cause he'll bet bigger next round I'm thinkin'...and then I won't be sure if he's got the Kings. So gotta raise now, man!
That's all the Blind guy needed...he just wanted to scare us all off..so he folds to my $30.
That's the way to play it folks, Don't let those raisers push you around if you're too passive.
