Is there any skill in lower limit games or all just luck,I was playing a 3-6 limit game and on every flop at leased 7 people would see each flop and a couple of times all 10 would see the flop.Three players at the table in three hours that I played never missed a flop. Why look at there cards there going in anyways and these were the players that were winning, the other players would go in face card anything ,if you raised didn't matter never even look to see who raised.
There is no skill in lower limit games,I'am going to start playing everything like everybody eles and win like everybody eles.
The element of skill is greatly reduced in the lower limit games in Vegas, it is really just poker Keno. I prefer to play no-limit but I do play a fair amount of lower limit poker. I have managed to be basically even playing lower limits this year, while I am up a substantial amount playing no limit. When I do play lower limits, I employ one of two completely different strategies. The one I usually use is just to see as many flops with good cards and particuarly suited connectors as I can cheaply and I never raise unless I have the absolute nuts on the river. Sometimes I will employ a completely opposite strategy where I will automatically raise any pre-flop raise for a hand I want to play. I don't think either stategy has worked any better than any other, but I am still even for the year so I think there is a little bit of skill involved over the long run, but in the short term the results can often look random.
