Playing at the Excalibur I was in a hand and there was three of us in the hand one guy only had about 15 dollars left in his stack ,so it got raised and then reraised bye the guy short stacked so I thought I would reraise to put him all in and hope to get the other player to fold.Which happend then came the flop and the player that is all in pulls money out of his pocket and asks for chips for he can bet which allowed him to do.So I said he is all in call the pitboss over he came and said he could still bet I have never witnessed this before and think it is wrong, what does anybody think that I was right or wrong.

That is absolutely wrong and unbelievable that the floor person would allow someone to pull money out of their pocket to bet with while a hand is in progress.  As far as I knew every game in Vegas was table stakes, this had to be a mistake by the floor person!!!
